Audiobook iPods

Sign-Up for an Audiobook iPod! Fill out the form below to put your name on the waiting list. When it's your turn, your name will be announced on BCS Now. Then simply come to the Media Center within two days and meet with Mrs. Truesdell. You may only submit your name once -- after you check out an iPod, you may submit your name again for a second checkout.

Students checking out iPods must adhere to the policies below:

Acceptable Use Policy … “iPolicies”

1.  All students are allowed to check out the iPods, unless the student’s parent has requested otherwise.


2.  iPods may be checked out for two week periods at a time.


3.  iPods must be kept in the sport cases, except when turning the device on or off.

 

4.  iPods are NOT to be used for students' personal files or music files.  iPods are NOT to be plugged into personal computers.


5.  If your iPod becomes lost or damaged, you will be responsible for replacing the device or paying for a replacement. Each iPod with its sport case cost $130.


6.  Since the iPod counts as a book checked out from the library, having an overdue or lost iPod will mean that students cannot check out additional materials from the library.


7.  If there are other students on the waiting list, you will not be able to renew your iPod.  Only one audiobook per checkout.


8.  Students violating these policies will loose their iPod privileges for the rest of the school year.
